Shipping information:
With standard shipping your order is usually sent out within 2 business days. The U.S. Postal Service then estimates time to delivery of 3 business days within the United States, and 6 to 10 business days elsewhere. For this service we do not obtain tracking information.
With expedited shipping your order is sent out the same business day if placed by 10 AM PT. You must provide a physical shipping address for this service (no PO Boxes).
Orders are not shipped or processed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find it doesn't meet your expectations, you may return the item as follows.
Books and calendars may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Audio/Video products may be returned, unopened, for a full refund.

* Please include the invoice or packing slip with the return.
We will refund your shipping costs to return the item to us if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
