To U.S. destinations:
With standard shipping your order is usually sent out within 2 business days by Priority Mail. The U.S. Postal Service then estimates time to delivery of 3 business days. For this service we do not obtain tracking information. With expedited shipping (FedEx) your order is sent out the same business day if placed by 10 AM PT. You must provide a physical shipping address for this service (…no PO Boxes).
To destinations outside the U.S.:
Your order is usually sent out within 2 business days by Priority Mail International or First Class International (if available and selected). The U.S. Postal Service then estimates time to delivery of 6 to 10 business days (Priority Mail) or at least 10 business days (First Class). In some cases this has proven to be optimistic, and we have experienced instances of delivery taking 6 weeks or more. For these reasonably priced shipping options we do not obtain tracking information, and in most cases the U.S. Post Office can only confirm delivery to the postal service of the destination country. We appreciate your patience with respect to delivery time.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return the item as follows.
Books and calendars may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Audio/Video products may be returned, unopened, for a full refund.
We suggest you ship the product(s) by FedEx, USPS insured mail, or by some other trackable means. Please include the invoice or packing slip with the return.
Contact us if you received an incorrect or defective item. We will refund your shipping costs to return the item if we request return.
